A customer has 14 days after the day the product is received to return it to the company. To be able to return the product to the company, the customer must indicate the order number and make sure that the product and its packaging remains in its original conditions.
Conditions for Returning the Product
- The product must be broken. (Product have not been worn, washed or modified)
- The product is faulty. (Product delivered does not match your order)
- Customer is not satisfied with the product.
- The returned products must be in its original packaging and conditions.
- In the case where the customer refused or was not able to pick up the package from the appointed location, the company reserves the right to cancel the delivery and refund the customer in full.
- In the case that delivery is not possible due to unforeseeable and uncontrollable event, the company will arrange a refund for the customer if the event exceed 7 days.
The following items are NON-returnable and NON-exchangeable
- Consumable Goods
- Clearance Items
- Items on promotion
- In the case where a purchase was made via credit/debit card, the company will proceed to refund via the initial payment method. Customer will receive the refunds within 7-14 days after the product was successfully delivered to the company.
- In the case where a purchase was paid by cash, the company will arrange the refund via bank transfer to the account with the customer’s name within 7-14 days. if the customer wishes ‘for’ the refund to be made to an account with a different name, a copy of the account owner’s and the customer’s national ID card will be required alongside a signature indicating the customer’s willingness for the money to be transferred to that particular account.
- PayPal - The company will arrange the refund via bank transfer to the PayPal account with the customer’s name within 7-14 days.

Steps to Return the Product
- Log in to your account on the website
- Go to ‘Your Order’ and choose ‘Returning Product’
- Fill in the return form
- Put the product in its original package alongside with the return form
- Ship the product to the company warehouse

- Please keep your receipt, order confirmation, and any other document as evidence and reference for your returning products.
- We do not have exchange or reservation policy. If you wish to exchange any item, you must return the product then create a new purchase.
- Do not return the products directly to anello office. Any product delivered to the office will be disregarded.
- Customer must fill in the return form. Any return without a form will be disregarded.
